Occupational Therapy (OT)

Supporting Everyday Skills for School and Home

Pediatric OT helps children build the foundational skills needed for daily activities, school participation, and independence. Our occupational therapists use play-based, sensory-informed interventions to help children develop confidence and competence in meaningful, everyday routines.

OT Supports Children Who May Have:

  • Fine motor delays (grasping, drawing, writing)

  • Sensory processing differences

  • Challenges with dressing, feeding, or personal care

  • Difficulty with attention, organization, or transitions

  • Delays in hand strength or dexterity

  • Orthopedic or neurological conditions

  • Feeding aversion or picky eating patterns

What OT Looks Like at Sprout

OT sessions focus on skill-building through motivating, hands-on activities. Our therapists collaborate closely with families to understand routines at home and school — ensuring recommendations are practical, supportive, and easy to implement.
