Special Instruction (Special Education)

Individualized Learning in Natural and Structured Environments

Special Instruction (or Special Education/SEIT services) helps children develop foundational cognitive, play, behavior, and learning skills. Our special educators work with children at home, in community settings, in our classrooms, and in schools — wherever they learn best.

SI Supports Children Who May Have:

  • Early cognitive skills

  • Attention and engagement

  • Following routines

  • Play skills and social interaction

  • Early academic readiness

  • Behavioral regulation

  • Functional learning in natural environments

What SI Looks Like at Sprout

Special educators create individualized learning plans aligned with each child's developmental profile. Sessions are relationship-based, play-focused, and built around the child’s natural routines. Collaboration with parents is central to every session.
